We went to visit my Tia Marie and Tio Kirk who are down the street.  Jacob and Ryan had shot woodpeckers, but Jacob told them if you kill it you have to clean it and eat it.

Daivd and Chanin's Quick Visit

David and Chanin came in for his 20 years class reunion.  We were only going to get to see them for 3 days, so for those 3 days we stayed at my parents house with them!

They all look so comfy watching Oz The Great and Powerful.

Alex didn't have his guitar so he made one so he could play for us. 

Alex Lost His Teeth

He lost his first tooth on a Wednesday and was so excited!  However, he did not want to put his tooth under his pillow because he wanted to show everyone his tooth.

Happy Anniversary Mom and Dad!  We went to celebrate at Oggi's with the family.

We did sit and eat, not just hang out at the bar with the kids and Alex got to show off his gap.

But the next night he still did not want to put his tooth under his pillow, he still wanted to wait to show more people.
Then on Friday he lost his second tooth.

Finally a few days later we convinced him to put them under his pillow before they got lost.

Now, we can't get him to put his money away.  He has to show everyone these dollars because they came from the tooth fairy.  (little does he know the tooth fairy only had a five dollar bill and couldn't set the bar to high and had to make change from his piggy bank)

Fourth of July Camping

go hunting with the kids.

I guess if you take a day trip it is much nicer in this kind of car! :)

So we watched movies on the deck, nice and comfy.

and played more games with Tia Chavela and Nana.

With all the rain came out the rock star and

 

bugs!

He collected 50 plus bugs.

This crazy guy might have had something to do with it.

And they were all his friends.

He was so sad when he had to say good-bye to them.  And he said bye to everyone of them as he lets them go one at a time.  He even tried to kiss one but I had to stop that.
