Visit to Uncle Randy and Aunt Krissy's House

We made a special trip to their house so the kids can see it all decorated for Christmas!  Aunt Krissy takes time off of work to decorate.  I wish I took more pictures to show how beautiful it is.  She has a decorated tree in every room and throughout the house.  Alex stopped counting at 8 (and this doesn't include outside where I know there are at least 5) and told her she had to many trees.  She responded with "OH NO you can never have to many trees!"  It looks great and he smiled at every one. I think he was excited to open another door to see the next one:)   

They loved to watch the train under the tree.

This is a cool train that carries wood, trees and even had little gifts in it!

And of course they always make it back to the hobby room where they find something fun and cool to play with; Uncle Randy always has the best toys!

Tamales and Lunch

Our Elias family tradition of tamale making, so we can eat them on Christmas Eve!

This years helpers who made 44 dozen...
Mr. Paul and Mrs. Diane (my parents great neighbors), Tia Julie, Michelle, Mom, Dad, Tia Veronica, Tia Francis, Chanin, David and myself.  So happy the out-of-state family were able to be here to join the work, I mean fun!

However, I had to leave early again.  It wouldn't be the same if I stayed the whole time. Every year I have to leave early for one reason or another.  This year we just had to take two little special people to lunch, and Chanin joined the fun:)

 Since everyone ate lunch they all got ice cream and not one would look at me for a picture!!

Monique's First Dentist Visit

She had her first visit to the dentist office, and loved it!

She watched her big brother get x-rays and his teeth cleaned first,

so it was all smiles for her!
