Fishing/Camping Trip

We went fishing to Links Lake in Prescott with the Kolesar family. Evan and Alex have lots of fun together, and we have fun with Justin and Leah too!

While the boys fished we girls sat back relaxing enjoying the lake.

Monique wanted to be by the water too.

How relaxing.

But it didn't last long before these boys got bord.

There was no camp spots left at the lake so we went to Matt & Lisa's ranch.

And we camped out in their front yard.

The kids had lots of fun on the tractor.

And the big boys had lots of fun starting the fire. If you can see they started it with a blow torch attached to a propane tank! Boys will still be boys no matter the age.

The next morning Lisa showed Alex some of their morning chores.

He had lots of fun cleaning the horse stall.

Where the horses get washes was the boys stage for dancing!

Park Time

Once I ask if the kids want to go to the park, Monique gets excited and will go wait for Alex and I by the door.

I ride to the park pulling the kids, but I think Alex is getting a little to big for this now!

Alex is a little climber now.

Monique loves the slides.

But she couldn't figure out how to get over the little ledge of this slide.

This looks like it could have been bad! Good thing Alex was rolling the ball down to Monique.

And she loves to run!

Happy Birthday little/cousin/tia Debbie!

Alex had lots of fun getting in the water. Tommy and I did get in the water with him for a little bit, but it was way to cold for us to stay in. With his teeth chattering he said he was not cold.

Alex would kick his feet and say look I am swimming!

Petsmart Family/Friends Fair

My Tia Chavela works for Petsmart Corporate office and they have a family & friends fair that we have always join her for the past few year. This year they brought out the red carpet!

Cookie Time

What was I thinking....but we did have fun!

As cleaned the kitchen I thought they were playing so well in the playroom. I was just cleaning away when I realized it was way to quiet. This is what I found.... another mess to clean.
Alex had unrolled a whole new roll of paper towels from the pantry just to get the middle part.
