Camping Building Update

We took another day trip to the camping house to check out the progress. The kids were excited to see snow for the first time!
Brrrr
Monique says "look how big it is!"

Then it was time for lunch
and play in more snow!
Then time for some hot chocolate and stay
by the fire to defrost our hands.
We were there just in time to sign one of the steps.
Before we left we went to check out Mr. Jim's house, (the guy doing the building). He said the deer would be there waiting for him.  Sure enough two of them were just waiting around for him to feed them.
To Cool
They were just as excited to she the deer.

Veteran's Day

Thanks to all of our past and present military members. Thank you for all that you have done and continue to do, especially the ones that have given the ultimate sacrifice for us.

Off to the parade to show our support.
Cool firetrucks
Good music.
Big balloons.
More music. Alex loved waving his flag around!

She had to take a little break and color.
There was lots to see!!
There is Nana!
Alex's cool picture.

Lake Pleasent

Brrrr, it was cold this weekend, so we hung out in Grandma and Grandpa Walin's trailer!
They colored and painted with Uncle Ryan.
And Alex stickered him. What a good uncle.
Alex's treasures he found and then later shared with all his classmates.
The kids spent the night with them and the next day it was beautiful. (still cold but not as bad)
Grandma staying warm.
Monique's cool picture.
She was so excited when the phone rang.
We are in trouble.
It was Grandpa Phil! Silly guys, they talked even though he was just around the corner.
Headed to Dillon's for a little snack.
Going down wasn't bad.
We saw a real pirate ship!
Silly Grandpa and Grandma
Coming up...what were we thinking. This was hard work.
She passed out on the way home from Dillon's
And he got the fire pit ready.
Because it got cold again.

Game Ball

Alex's last chance to get the game ball this season. (yes, every kids gets one by the end of the season).  The coach says this ball goes to someone who doesn't say much but always hits the ball well...
They all listening to see who get it. This is when they are sooo quiet.
Alex S. gets the game ball!
He was so excited he even hugged coach after :)
