Mother's Day Swimming

For mother's day we had a day of swimming. Well, the kids did anyways.
First to church, a quick stop at my parents then to Grandma Laura's house for lunch.
They just got their pool re-done and it was just getting filling back up.  This was perfect for them! They could walk all around it.

Then we headed to my Nana and Tata's house for dinner and more swimming.

And we celebrated my Tia Debbie's birthday too.

Happy Birthday Tia!

Bowling

At Alex's school, for mother's day we went bowling and I got this cute flower from him.
For the first time he did really good.
We tried  all the techniques
Alex and his teacher Mrs. Schuster
and the aid Ms. Ringdahl
And his cousin Wyatt!

Haircuts

Monique got her first "real" hair cut; one by someone who knew what they are doing, not me!
She Loved It!

Then a few days later I got my hair cut.
12 1/2 inches long the first time.
Wow and 1 1/2 inches thick.
Now I mail it Locks of Love.
Then a week later I got it cut again.  A little shorter and with layers.  Look for pictures to follow I didn't take a picture this time.

Petsmart Family Night

Tia Chavela's work always put on the best family night.
It was "Medieval Time" theme this year.
Mo getting dressed as a "Lady"
Thanks Tia Chavela, we had great time.
The kids got to play games and even do some jousting.
We had to make it a short visit this year because Alex had his school program the same night.  He was sad because he didn't want to leave.
But when we got to school he sang his songs, did a great job and was happy again!
At school with Grandma and Grandpa Seckler.
