Prescott / Happy Birthday Jimmy

We were home for the first weekend this summer and Saturday morning at 11:00am it was to hot to do anything and by 1:00 we were in Prescott golfing!

The kids had a blast!

Then we headed to my Tia Debbie and Tio Scott's place where the family was celebrating Jimmy's birthday.

 Then Tia Chavela, Tio Jim and Tio Scott stayed to watch movies and the kids while we headed to Whisky Row to celebrate.

My Tia Debbie put up a water park for the kids to play in.

Camping/Working

We went camping to work, shovel 25 tons of rocks to be exact. The kids loved the BIG piles!

CA Trip

We headed to CA for Mike's mom 60th birthday.  For her birthday she wanted to go to Disneyland with her grand kids!  Her birthday is not for a few months...but we celebrated early!

It was a long drive, but the kids did good in the car.

We stopped to visit with family when we first got there.  Laura's Uncle George and Aunt Dotty lives just miles from Disneyland so we got to have dinner with them the first night.   Then after dinner just miles away, there was a "Relay for Life" going on with the team Mueller Rockstars! (our CA cousins).  We are so close we couldn't not stop to say hi, show our support to the family.

 Then it is off to Disneyland!!

CORN DOG

 The best time to go on rides was after the fireworks.  The kids were troopers and having a blast. We didn't have to wait in lines, it wasn't hot but it was midnight!  We were on vacation right.  

After sleeping-in we headed to CA Adventures. And still had another day at Disneyland.

 We did have to head back to the hotel to take naps so we could last till midnight.

We would fight over who got to sleep with Mo.

 On our last day we did get to see the beach.  Alex really, really loved it!

Cheers to a fun vacation!!

 But before we could head home we had to make a stop to see Megan, Nathan and Michelle.

 It was great seeing them all. (Sorry we missed you Dan) And it got the kids time to get their energy out so we thought they we sleep in the car, NOPE Monique didn't fall asleep until Buckeye and Alex talked to us the whole way home.
