Breakfast before heading to the hospital to meet our newest neighbor!
Waiting, waiting, waiting until we can meet her.
Of course Cash gets to see her first.
Congratulations Rachel and Jamie! See is so beautiful.
Alex wanted to hold her so bad, but there were grandparents and me who had to hold her first! We told him it went by age.

Glendale Fire Station
Our neighbor down the street, Firefighter Billie, was at the big Glendale fire station so we went to check it out. But of course he got a call on our way down to the station. So first we hung out at Sahuaro Rach Park. I have not been here in years, it looks much cooler now!
The fire trucks are back! Katie trying to get Mo out of here and I wanted to get a picture of the bridge.
This fire station is HUGE.
The kids have a blast getting in the trucks.
Thanks Billie!

Veterans Day Tradition
Our Veterans Day tradition is going to the Phoenix parade with my Dad and Mom.
We go early to get a good parking and seats.
We pack our lunch and hang out waiting for it to start.
Alex just loves flags and his Nana.
It only looks like they took a nap waiting.
I can't believe that Tata got these for them!
The parade it going to start. We see Greysen, the son of our friends, who start off the parade. Good Job buddy!
Monique still got a little tired and watch from here.
Then we stopped and visit with my Nana and Tata Elias. This is the first year the kids understood and respected the cemetery. They would walk around all the headstones and pick up or fix the flowers and decorations.
We always collect so many little flag that people hand out at the parade. We take them to family first, then walk around reading headstone and place them on any veterans we see.
Thanks Tata!

Visit with Megan
Megan, our God-daughter who lives in Ca, got to spend the day with us! We were so excited and had wanted to plan so much and we did nothing that was planed except for a stop at the ice cream store!
Picking flowers at Nana and Tata's house.
Then they decided to plant flowers.
Alex told me "see mom it works"!
Making some music or noise.
Went for a little walk.
Finally we made it to get ice cream!!
And it being a crazy day with car problems we finally made it to the store. Megan was so good with going with our unknown schedule. It was so fun having her, we can't wait to do it again!
